RateSale wants everyone to be able to use our website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. Every change to the site is checked with automated accessibility tests, and key tasks such as the quiz are tested with a keyboard alone.

What we do

  • Every form field has a visible label, and errors are announced to screen readers.
  • The quiz and calculators work with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Text meets minimum color contrast, and color is never the only way information is shown.
  • Nothing on the site times out and clears your progress.
  • We do not use accessibility overlay widgets.
